MANDATORY REAL ESTATE LISTING DOCUMENTS
  1. Disclosure Regarding RE Agency Relationships: signed by Seller and Seller's Agent
  2. Listing Agreement: signed by the Seller and Seller's Agent
    - Addendum to the Listing Agreement, if any: signed by Seller eg. Affiliated Business Arrangement
  3. Seller's Advisory: each page signed by the Seller
  4. Seller's Affidavit of Non-Foreign Status (FRPTA) and/or California Withholding Exemption : 1 per Seller: signed by the Seller(s) and Seller's Agent. Note: The FRPTA does not protect the Seller's equity unless the Seller(s) enters his/her social security number.
