REMERGE Transaction Coordinators requires that the Agent submits a complete set of signed listing documents and registers the NEW LISTING on-line at the point of listing in order for REMERGE to prepare the disclosure documents ahead of the sale.
Note: Please alert the Seller to expect a complete set of disclosures by email or mail within the next few days. Urge him/her to complete and send them back to REMERGE promptly.
MANDATORY REAL ESTATE LISTING CONTRACT and SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
It is the duty of the Real Estate Agent to obtain dated initals and signatures from the Seller on the complete set of listing documents.
Consult your Broker with any questions and/or for any preferences that s/he may have in writing up the Listing Agreement.
The following real estate documents should be presented to and signed by the Seller(s) and Agent(s) in THIS order.
- Disclosure (1) Regarding RE Relationships: Listing Firm and Seller: signed by Seller(s) and Seller's Agent
- Listing Agreement / Seller's Advisory - Exclusive Version: signed by the Seller(s) and Seller's Agent
- Seller's Affidavit of Foreign Status: Completed ad signed by each Seller
- Addenda to the Listing Agreement, if any (eg. Affiliated Business Arrangements, Broker required Addenda, etc.): signed by Seller (s)and Seller's Agent
Please review the documents to ensure that each is complete and signed by all parties.
