- Addenda to the Real Estate Purchase Agreement, if any eg. Affiliated Business Arrangements, Broker required Addenda, etc.: signed by Buyer(s) and Seller(s)
- Wood Destroying Pest Allocation of Costs: signed by Buyer(s) and Seller(s)
- Addenda, as needed (eg. Contingency of Property, Seller's Secondary Financing, Interoccupancy Agreement, etc.)
- Statewide Seller and Buyer Advisory: signed by the Buyer(s), Seller(s) and both Agents
- Counter Offer(s), if any: signed by Buyer(s) and Seller(s)
NOT MANDATORY BUT STRONGLY RECOMMENDED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
9. Market Condition Advisory: Signed by the Buyer(s)
10. Lender's Letter: Require the Buyer's Agent to provide Lender info and committment
11. Copy of Buyer's Deposit Check: Require the Buyer's Agent to submit this with offer.
12. Cooperating Broker's Commission Agreement: signed by both Agents
